Volume Licensing Manager - Reading - 12 Month Contract - £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Our client, a Global technology company is seeking a Volume Licensing Manager to be based in Reading on an initial 12 Month contrat.

Role Purpose

In order to drive excellence in Licensing, the team is looking for an Associate Volume Licensing Manager to support the VLM team in its activities, while the current Associate VLM is on maternity leave.

This role will work across a variety of stakeholders and will be responsible for the management and execution of all Licensing activities in their remit. Key interactions will be with the Volume Licensing Managers, Partner Sales Executives, Licensing Sales Specialists, BG & Partner Marketing teams, CPE team, WWLP and account managers. A key aspect of the role will be interacting with external customers and partners.

Key Accountabilities

* Business Management: Creation of the monthly and QBU reporting on key metrics, including preparation and distribution to internal and LSP audiences. Full budget management including monthly reporting, PO creation and monitoring of POE and payment. Arranging and being a full participant in key stakeholder ROB meetings (Including BG and Segment Leads)
* Communications: Manage Internal and External Yammer Groups and utilize these and newsletter vehicles to communicate all key messages and licensing changes to internal and external audiences. Including preparing monthly newsletter

* Readiness:
o Orchestration of all readiness events including hands on running of Monthly Spotlight on Licensing calls to customer, LSP and other partner audiences, which will include presenting to Partners / Customers;
o Planning Execution of the Internal and external licensing readiness programme. Drive awareness and uptake of Licensing training to internal teams, customer and partners
* Promotions and Pricing: Assist VLM in promotions management to ensure our partners, customer and internal teams are utilizing and driving as well as dealing with queries on pricing
* Website: Ensure the website, and the Partner Network Volume Licensing Pages are kept up to date and current with the right VL content
* Next Generation Volume Licensing (MPSA & CSP): Working as part of the internal V-Team and with the VLM, provide Project Management support and Readiness support to partners including in person or virtual briefings
* Subject Matter Expert: Together with the VLM become a SME for CSP, working with internal v-teams on CSP, driving adoption and knowledge sharing internally and externally
* SA Benefits: Assisting the VLM, drive consumption of SA Benefits in the UK subsidiary
* Partner Quote: Driving adoption of partner quote and working with LSPs, LSSs and WWLP on feedback
* CPE: working as part of the internal V-Team perform activities associated with the CPE plan. This may include engaging directly with customers and partners
* Adhoc projects as directed by the VLM

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

* Knowledge of LSP channel or prior licensing knowledge preferred

* Willingness to learn licensing program detail

Special Requirements/Additional Information e.g. Language skills

* Be willing to travel to customer events in London, Edinburgh and York on an adhoc basis
