To guarantee end to end digital users' experience across all digital touchpoints,our client is searching for a UX Specialist.
Responsibilities and tasks
As UX Specialist, you
*May collaborate with business to define and develop prototypes of new concepts.
*Review and may assist in refining business owners' requirements. Be able to quickly understand business end goals and concerns.
*Define wireframes for new digital screens that could be part of the customers' journey, and/or challenge and validate wireframes achieved by other persons or departments, always keeping in mind the end to end digital customers' journey.
*Work in close collaboration with the design team to work on concepts, meeting business goals, which best fit with the complete digital journey.
*Develop content for presentations/ UX business opportunities.
*Participate in short and long-term project efforts with business stakeholders, and eventually IT teams.
*Confer with the business and design teams, and technology regarding internal customers' requirements and scheduling basic presentation concepts.
*Design and conduct users' research such as usability tests, focus groups, participatory design sessions…
Synthetize findings to better understanding of customers, give insight into business value, and identify potential usability issues and design opportunities.
Convert research findings into actionable results.
*Design prototypes, screen mock-ups, and wireframes based on the results of usability testing and customer feedback.
*Communicate analysis, recommendations, and potential design solutions verbally to the project team and key Business owners, designers,…
*Work collaboratively with interaction designers and business owners to define and improve the user experience.
*Ensures solutions are accessible and intuitive.
*Stay on top of new trends in usability. Research best practices in responsive Web design. Distil research findings into design recommendations.
*Participate in the development and implementation of UX research policies, process and standards. Adheres to standards and processes.
*Help maintain the UX research library and toolkit.
*Assist in designing UX metrics to measure and track the impact of design changes on user experience.
*Provide coaching to less experience team members.
*You are accountable for an optimal end to end customers' experience.
