·My client is a global, research-driven pharmaceutical company
·I have 2 exciting opportunities for ABPI-qualified Training Specialists to
join them on a permanent basis
·One role will focus on the diabetes therapeutic area and the other will
focus more widely across different therapeutic areas


·To improve the effectiveness of the Prescription Medicine division by
working in partnership with stakeholders to develop & implement training
plans which support the delivery of the business strategy & key imperatives


·Conduct training needs analyses and produce training plans in consultation
with relevant stakeholders
·Lead and co-ordinate the design, development, delivery and evaluation of
training interventions for PM (including pre & post course) to enhance
knowledge and skills development which maximises employee potential
·Innovate and bring new development ideas/tools/resources to the business
and ensure operational and business excellence in everything we do
·Promote the value of continuous Learning & Development in order to inspire,
challenge and enable individuals to drive their own self development and
support managers in continuing individual development
·To be an integral member of the Business Excellence team offering support,
flexibility and sharing of best practise to ensure team goals are
prioritised and met
·Engage, influence and coach stakeholders to support the training agenda
through exceptional stakeholder management
·Responsible for supporting the management of the national training budget
and maximising return on expectations


·Educated to degree level or equivalent
·ABPI qualification
·NHS, product and therapy area knowledge
·Experience of coaching in the pharmaceutical arena
·Strong Pharmaceutical sales experience
·Strong communication and presentation skills
·IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
·Full valid UK driving licence


·Up to date brand knowledge
·Project management skills
