Trainee Recruiters - Redhill
We are looking for people who have an interest in recruitment and would like a role which will offer them full training. You will be part of a small team recruited who will be given extensive training to enable you to help our clients find talented IT and Life Sciences candidates to ensure they keep at the forefront of technological innovation. You will be searching for suitable candidates on job boards and talking to them about the positions. You will then be updating their CVs and submitting them to roles. Hopefully you will arrange interviews for them and then make job offers!
You do not need experience in recruitment but a friendly personality and the ability to offer excellent customer service.
