Languages: English (fluent), Dutch or French is a plus.

For one of our partner active in the financial services domain, we are currently looking for an experienced Test Engineer who will join their team and work on delivering innovative solutions.

Your role & responsibilities:

·Participate in the software components testing covering unit testing, integration testing activities. This consists in developing code with the purpose of testing a widely distributed and highly scalable application.
·Due to the nature of the application, put in place automation mechanisms to run regression tests on a daily basis to report issues as soon as possible post code check-in.
·Maintain program libraries and their technical documentation.
·Understand the architecture and design of the solution to derive the test design and white box testing approach.
·The application will support high number of customers and needs high resilience, availability, and of course security. You will help to define system test specifications, code and run tests for these non-functional requirements.
·Prepare and give presentations for internal purposes.
·Where appropriate, write system documentation and operating procedures.

The required skills are:

·Expert in OO programming techniques
·Knowledge of OO programming design patterns
·Java 8 development skills
·Knowledge of Windows/Linux OS
·Expert in unit testing, automation testing and integration testing
