Our client is a leader in the international telecommunication sector. His mission is to connect the world by facilitating secure mobiles communication.

Your mission: You'll join the core implementation project team working on the major OSS transformation in the domain of service assurance.
Your main responsibilities
*Gathering business requirements from operational/engineering stakeholders and translating them into solution and integration design together with solution vendor.
*Contributing to the definition of data modelling and migration strategies.
*Advising various project teams on best practice within context of OSS transformation design and process.
*Supporting end-to-end implementation phases of IT integration project (development, testing, migration, deployment,…)
*Supporting and advising the user community during solution acceptance.

Your profile
*Effective experience as ITC consultant / business analyst.
*Effective experience with Netcracker OSS suite, more specifically in domain of Service Problem Management and Network Resource Discovery&Reconciliation and integration project within telco IT environment.
*Strong analytical mind with good analysis and modelling skills.
*Very good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to lead meetings, achieve compromises and explain solutions to both business and technical audience.
*Knowledge of telecom/networking technologies.
*Ability to learn fast and to quickly adapt to new work methodogies and systems.
*Experience within international voice carrier and mobile data service provider environment is an advantage.
*Experience with BSS/CRM integration is an advantage.
