Job Description

Our client, one of the leaders of the telecommunications industry, is currently looking for a Technical Team Coordinator to manage the activities of the contact center platforms team.

Team activities

The function resides in the IT domain Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

The Contact Centers Platforms team delivers and supports the IVR infrastructure and the applications used by the front- and back-office agents in their interactions with our customers. It supports internal and external callcenters as well as the directory information service. The IVR infrastructure is based on a Genesys suite in addition to other components like CTI integration, workforce management or bespoke routing tools.
Moreover the team is responsible of the system managing the sending of letters, SMS and mails to our customers.

Main responsibilities

You will assist the domain manager in the following main tasks :

*You ensure the day-to-day technical activity management of a team of 20 people (employees and contractors)
*You ensure the active follow-up of new projects and processes to provide the solution needed by business respecting the budget constraints
*You ensure the coordination and the operational issue follow-up and you warranty the service availability and performance indicators
*You manage the planning and work content of the team members and ensure a follow-up with our providers
*You maintain a strong relationship with our internal customers in order to fulfill the needs of our business and improve customer satisfaction

*Engineer in IT, telecommunications or equivalent by experience
*You have a solid experience in team management with good social skills.
*You are team-oriented and you easily communicate with the field as well as with management.
*You are solution-oriented, you understand the field logic and you have strong affinity for the operational aspects
*You are flexible, assertive, organised and stress resistant.
*You have a good written and verbal knowledge of French, Dutch and English.
*A previous experience with callcenter platforms and/or Genesys suite is an asset.
