Main role / Job Objective:
The primary responsibility of the Solution Architect - Project Management role is to effectively identify, secure, define, document and manage the successful delivery of larger scale projects to our customers. You will take responsibility for the overall implementation, be the face towards the customer groups and aim for the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Your primary focus will BrandOwner & Global Account environments, investing in Collaboration, PLM and standardization.

Main responsibilities and key activities:
oYou will team up with EA sales associates to create project charters, and respond to RFI, RFQ and RFP documents. Help creating proposals, including work breakdown structure and statement of work, with a high focus on service requirements and implementation.
oAs interest is created, you will assist EA sales in the validation of a potential project, lead the definition of the business requirements resulting in a project scope & estimated return on investment. In a next step, the business requirements need to be translated into an appropriate business solution and a detailed statement of work.
oPresent the proposed solution in customer meetings, through demonstrations of collaboration tools and Proof of Concept.
oTo oversee project implementation and assures synchronization between plan and reality (time management / check point responsibility)
oCoordinate resource planning and deliverables, makes sure expectations are met
oOversee the successful transition of the project to the customer service organization to provide ongoing support to the client.
oConduct review meetings, report delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
oBuilding & maintaining a project pipeline for Collaboration & PLM in view of forecasting and resource planning.

Qualifications and professional knowledge:

oIn-depth knowledge of the overall packaging supply chain
oSenior project management skills from inception to deployment through to the maintenance phase, including the ability to handle pressure & change management.
oA thorough understanding of business processes at our Brand Owners and Major accounts. Being able to analyze business processes from a cost efficiency and qualitative perspective. Understand related objectives and KPI's to monitor the process.
oStrong client consulting and relationship building skills. Ability to interact with upper level management at customers.

oStrength in problem solving, able to manage complex business subjects.
oStrong presentation and communication skills, to create commitment and trust.
oIn depth knowledge of EskoArtwork software tools: WebCenter, Automation Engine)
oKnowledge of available industry collaborative solutions and PLM vendors
oManage a variety of PM tools such as Microsoft Projects, Flow Charts, Mindmaps,…
oEnthusiasm and determination to succeed
oAbility to travel (approximately 40 - 60%)
oExcellent command of English. Knowledge of any other European language is an asset
oHolder of a PMP or Prince 2 certificate
Bachelor or Master degree in Printing technology or Informatics
