Duration: 6 month with extension

Job Description:
As member of the Front-end 3rd line team you will participate in both operational and project related tasks.  For operational tasks you will provide 3rd line support for incidents and problems for cases where 1st and 2nd line teams were not able to solve the issue at hand  For project related tasks you will provide technical expertise in your domain for the project team

*Operational management and configuration of Windows Client OS and applications
*Expert troubleshooting Windows Systems (main focus client OS - Secondary focus server backend)
*Documenting procedures and work-flows towards 1st and 2nd line teams
*Validation and in-depth testing of software packages
*Scripting of complex or repetitive tasks
*Interaction with customer and power users

Recommended knowledge:
*Basic knowledge of SCCM, validation of packages
*Windows MDOP components
*Windows DirectAccess
*Microsoft Exchange, SfB
*Scripting in Powershell / VBScript
*Microsoft Office 365, Hybrid environment
*Appsense DesktopNow

Skills and Experience:
*knowledge of SCCM 2012
*Min. 4 years experience in Windows MDOP components (more specific: MBAM, UE-V, APP-V)
*Min. 2 years experience in Windows Direct Access
*Min. 4 years experience with PowerShell and VBScript
*Min. 5 years experience with Windows desktop management (Windows 7 - 8.1 - 10)
*Min. 5 years experience with Windows Server management (Windows 2008 - 2012)
*Microsoft Certifications is an added value

Knowledge of Dutch language is mandatory (B2)
