My client are urgently recruiting for a Support Engineer to provide Helpdesk/Desktop support across both Windows and Mac. This will be a mixture of Software and Hardware support.
Duties will include:
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Macintosh (OS X), Windows 7, Windows 8 and MS Office as well as any other authorised Desktop/Laptop applications.
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment.
Manage and provide technical support for Mobile devices/PDA/iPads etc
Develop trends by monitoring and analysing incoming calls, tickets, problems and support requests.
Other ad-hoc duties as appropriate
Candidates will have experience working in similar positions across both hardware and software on Windows and Mac.
