Source to Pay Analyst - contract - Bracknell - to £53000
Our international client are looking for a Source to Pay eCommerce Analyst based in Bracknell to join the EMEA Sourcing Process and Systems Team to support the global ERP deployment. The team manages Sourcing Systems deployment and operational support including leading the Regional Source To Pay (STP) activities in ERP deployment including deployment of supplier eCommerce solutions. The Team also manages the EMEA Procure to Pay Process, co-ordinating Accounts Payable Outsourcing Activities and Process Improvement Projects throughout EMEA. The successful candidates will be developed as Subject Matter Experts in one or more of the STP eCommerce solutions: Ariba Network, Supply Network Collaboration (SNC) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). They will be part of the EMEA Regional eCommerce Team deploying and enabling the eCommerce solutions with the EMEA supply base.
Key tasks and responsibilities will include:
*Analysing and managing supplier spend and transaction data to determine the right e-solution per supplier, and maintaining the project supplier database tool.
*Managing supplier communication, enablement, testing and training activities.
*Providing help desk support to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
*Becoming a SME in one or more of the eCommerce solutions.
*Working closely with their Global and EMEA STP and Strategic Sourcing teams.
Skills, experience and key capabilities:
*Written and verbal language proficiency (in addition to English) is a distinct advantage in one or more of the following languages: Polish, German, Italian, Spanish, and French.
*SAP experience is desirable.
*Experience of implementing eCommerce tools with suppliers (EDI, Ariba Network, SNC) is desirable.
*Experience of Sourcing and/or working with external partners, customers and suppliers is essential, and experience of providing training to others is a strong advantage.
*Excellent project management, communication and problem solving skills are essential.
*Experience of working within a multi-cultural & International environment is essential.
*Microsoft Office tools is essential, and candidates with specific Access Database skills and knowledge will be at an advantage.
