Main role / Job Objective:

In the role of Solution Architect - Brand Owner you will work with our Brand Owner customers to analyse, define and deliver artwork management systems solutions that help our customers optimize their business processes. Your focus will be on requirement analysis workshops, business process optimizations and building custom tailored integrations on existing systems. It's a challenging role where you will work on project basis, giving you the chance to meet a lot of people in various businesses.

Location: main offices are in Ghent, but you can work remotely from home if based abroad or too far away. You are however expected to attend to important meetings in Gent, and your role will require travelling to client sites around Europe (mainly Benelux, France, UK, Ireland, Germany). Travelling could take up 40 to 60% of your time, depending on project phases and needs.

Contract: Permanent contract (CDI)

As Solution Architect-Brand Owner your main responsibilities are:
oYou perform workshops and quick-win audits to analyse customer workflows and processes, gather customer requirements and define/design a solution (scope and design workshops).
oYou analyse customer processes and map these processes on our software solutions.
oYou implement artwork management systems solutions at customers.
oYou drive successful implementations by creating relevant documentation (such as scope and design workshop reports, training documentation and Solution Overview Documentation)
oYou interact with our R&D teams to share ideas that help improve our collaboration tool to be used as artwork management system
oYou interact with Customer Services to transfer information on implemented solutions
oYou provide training to customers (admin training, key user training)

What we expect from a Solution Architect - Brand Owner:
oYou have proven ability to work in multi-functional teams, networking effectively with others to achieve desired goals
oYou have 5 years' experience (or the equivalent of) in areas such as, but not limited to:
oSoftware implementation in large & complex environments (ERP, CRM, PLM)
oSoftware user training (e.g. workflow building, system configuration, system admin, developing key users up to a professional/expert level)
oSoftware support (e.g. registering, administering, diagnosing and resolving customer support requests)
oAnd/or other technical services domains (e.g. application engineering, enterprise level software installation)
oYou have a Bachelor or Master degree (or the equivalent of) in a related software or IT domain
oYou have excellent command of English. Knowledge of any other European language is a plus
oProcess and operations expertise in the areas of printing and packaging is considered a plus
oExperience in printing:packaging software (WebCenter, Automation Engine) is considered a plus
oYou are able to travel throughout EMEA approx. 40% of your time normally, with peaks of up to 70% in busy periods
