Duration - 6 months Rolling

Salesforce.com certification.

Day to Day job Duties:
*Program Management - Demonstrated ability to effectively drive positive change through holding others accountable for execution and results in a collaborative environment.
*Comply with project governance metrics that provide internal visibility of engagement health.
*Customer Satisfaction - Strive to meet or exceed client service metrics
*Clearly define and articulate project risk items to client in a way that the risks are understood and easily remediated.
*Quality Management - Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards.
*Team Oversight - Monitor the activities of a diverse/virtual team and take steps to optimize performance.
*Promotes teamwork and culture of accountability.
*Ability to develop strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and experience mentoring resources.
*Track record in managing cross-functional teams across multiple professional disciplines in both project and managed services environments.
Basic Qualifications:
*5+ years of software project management experience preferably on enterprise-level implementations in a management consulting organization.
*2+ years functioning in a program management capacity
*Previous Salesforce.com implementation and/or administration experience including Lightning familiarity
*Experience working in a managed services or technical support/help desk type role
*Ability to mentor team members and willingness to engage in the details as required
*Grasp on Cloud-based tools, techniques, systems, and solutions required.
*Experience with managing both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies.
*Must have an ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership including C-level client stakeholders.
*Must have a strong working knowledge of software build and release management processes.
Must have
*Project/Program Management expertise
*Managed services/technical support familiarity
*Demonstrated team leadership skills
*Salesforce.com administration experience.
Education and Certifications Preferred As Applicable.
*Bachelor's Degree
*Salesforce.com Certification(s) Highly Desirable
*PMP Certification (or equivalent) a Plus
*CSM Certification (or equivalent) a Plus
