Job Description

Shopper Marketer -12 month Contact - Bracknell - £20 p/h

This role will support the delivery of the key strategic and operational marketing objectives of the Consumer Business Group (CBG) for the UK and Ireland. The role covers all elements of the marketing mix, with responsibility for driving sales across commodities combining all CBG products to deliver the most relevant product and experience offering for the shopper.
Be aligned to key channels in the UK and Ireland region which includes; Mass, Pharma, Home Improvement &Trade, Retail Stationery & Value, Office Wholesale and Independent, Office Contract.

Key Job Responsibilities

To identify, adapt and execute Shopper Marketing programs that with customer and marketing strategies.

Contact and meet with customers on a regular basis.

Analysing and compiling data to measure the success of products in test markets.

Co-Lead the channel planning process with the Sales Manager and Key Account Team.

Utilise marketing programs provided by the Central Marketing team by selecting the appropriate products, tools, and promotions to reach defined targets.

Skills, Knowledge & Key Capabilities

Proven marketing background to develop implement and measure shopper programmes.

Experience in key areas - Product brand marketing, trade marketing and customer interactions.

Business development mind-set.

Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.

Customer focused by turning information and observations into actionable insights for the business.

Good communication skills.
