Job Description

Service Desk Analyst position - Hounslow - Initial 3-month contract - £11.43 p/h

My client, a Global Technology company are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join a small team.

Responsibilities will include:
To be the primary point of contact, and provide support to the company's customers, process inbound emails, calls and tickets.
Escalate issues to different groups of the organisation, including management, according to proper call flow processes and on-call schedules.
Be the first point of contact for customers.
Creates, assigns, updates and manages tickets as required

Skills/Experience:
Good knowledge and experience of PCs and MS Office applications.
Knowledge and experience of ticketing systems.
Basic understanding of technical terminology (Server, firewall etc.)
Experience in a customer facing role, preferably via telephone.
Professional interaction with customers at all levels
A disciplined conformance to processes and the ability to escalate issues as required
