Our client is the leading telecommunications company in Belgium and a market leader in a number of areas, including retail and wholesale fixed-line telephony services, mobile communications services and broadband data and Internet services.

Within the service management team of our client, our client is needed a ICT Service Delivery Consultant with focus on Customer Service Management.

Within the service management team, you focus on providing service management and meeting or exceeding the expectations of external professional customers in accordance with the SLAs and / or contracts.

Tasks and responsibilities:
-You act as tactical SPOC (Single Point of Contact) during the operational lifecycle of a project, ensuring an efficient relationship between the customer and the various departments involved in providing the services.
-You coordinate the service delivery of the solutions to the customer through regular service review meetings with the customer and the internal organization.
-On the basis of the SLAs agreed with the customer and the analysis of the reports, you ensure that the services are delivered as contractually agreed. If necessary, you can start corrective action plans to comply with the SLA and continuously improve our services.
-You handle all questions from the customer in time in accordance with the contract conditions.
-You define, control and optimize your margin and take corrective actions if necessary.
-You regularly move with customers: on site and on the road

Profile
-Industrial engineer or equivalent through experience
-Minimum 4 years relevant experience and expertise in Service Management, contacts with Professional Clients, operational environment and coordination of experts
-Has a good knowledge of at least two of the ICT solutions: LAN / WLAN, Security, Data Center, UC.
-Good knowledge in contract management, SLAs and finances.
-You have a sense of initiative and want to achieve results systematically.
-You answer and exceed the expectations of your internal or external customers.
-You inform your colleagues in a timely and efficient manner.
-You can manage resources (team, time, budget, tasks, virtual teams)
-You learn fast.
