Job Description

The role is for a Global Tech Giant. This team makes the lives of the Customer Service team better, by making their jobs more focused - and you can be a part of this.
You will deliver high quality services, assist with defining as well as identifying continuous improvements of service definitions, work flow processes and appropriate on-boarding and support of delivery specialists. You will identify opportunities to positively affect/impact business results and customer experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
-Assist delivery team in identifying reactive customer cases that require their attention
-Assist delivery team by distributing and delivering Security-related and proactive emails to premier customers
-Catalogue items in line with catalogue process descriptions and SLAs
-Work with service center to resolve escalations and improve internal process
-Participate in meetings to support the Service Center
-Promote global collaboration to improve Service Center
-Manage contract requests through billing tools
-Identify issues and construct reports on issue trends
You will need the following Experience:
-Experience in an enterprise support and / or customer service environment with a strong understanding and knowledge of support, customer service delivery and/or the consulting industry and processes.
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, Outlook, and OneNote applications

If you have this knowledge, it would be great:
-ITIL Foundation Certificate
-Microsoft Certified
-Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience aligned to profile attributes
-Excellent customer service skills
