Search Engine Optimisation Coordinator-Initial 12 Month Contract-Bracknell-£20/£25ph

Our Client, a Global Manufacturing Company, is seeking a SEO Coordinator to be based in Bracknell on an initial 12 month contract.

Job Overview:

Recruiting for an SEO Coordinator based in our Bracknell Head Office. Working under the direct supervision of our Digital Marketing Leader and in collaboration with our Western European SEO Strategist, you will be responsible for leading organic search projects across our five Business Groups and twelve Areas of Expertise. You will also support technical SEO for 14 WE countries in collaboration with the Western European SEO Strategist.

The ideal candidate will need to have at least 2-3 years experience in an SEO focused position with a good understanding of internet marketing and technical SEO. Activities are predominantly B2B focussed and will include working with our online store team.

Roles and responsibilities:

* Knowledge of state of the art SEO basics (website architecture, html, keyword clustering, content optimization, ..)
* How to do international SEO (domain strategy, interconnection between international sites, linkbuilding, ...)
* How to do mobile SEO (responsive pages vs mobile version, how to implement)
* Experience in working with Google Search Console and website crawler tools
* Experience in SEO for large and international websites
·Demonstrate a clear understanding of the major factors that influence search engine rankings and a desire to learn more.
·Strong understanding of website architecture, SEO tools and website analytics packages.
·Work with divisional marketers to build keyword strategy, research and recommendations.
·Work with copywriters to develop quality (optimised) on-page content and layout recommendations using A/B and MVT testing to improve conversion rates.
·Have a thorough understanding of Meta data and good understanding of HTML and page structure.
·Have a thorough understanding of internal and natural inbound link building in order to define and manage link development projects.
·Adhere to best practice organic search optimisation at all times.
·Be an SEO advocate and provide mentoring to the businesses groups.
·Keep up to date with new SEO initiatives and work closely with the Western European SEO strategist to implement new developments into international projects.

Paid Search

The role will include working with the WE Digital Paid Media Manager to provide support in the areas below. Experience in paid search (PPC) is an asset but not essential as training will be provided.

> Campaign performance and budget monitoring
> Keyword performance and conversion reporting
> First tier support during the absence of the paid search specialist

Role Requirements

This role is part of the Digital Marketing Corporations. Within the five business groups there are 5 divisions - Manufacturing ,Aerospace etc with different content in each division the successful candidate will need the ability to lead and brain storm using sound knowledge and tools of SEO to drive business in the UK alongside their West European counterpart.

·Must have deep technical knowledge and detail of SEO
·20% technical aspect and 10 % assisting paid media in the UK
·Must have managerial and leadership skills
