Job Description
Purpose of the role;
The purpose of this role is to provide co-ordination and management support for a new area of business within the client focussing on their growth opportunities.
Responsibilities will include:
*Management of the team diary to ensure visibility of travel, industry forum attendance and customer engagements.
*Co-ordinating team travel for international engagements ensuring regional prioritisation to allow for effective team allocation.
*Working with wider teams and areas to support the creation of standardised documents and collateral to improve the efficiency of our bid responses (product, strategy, finance, delivery).
*Planning and execution of international or regional engagements both in the UK and abroad including.
*Support the International Director in defining and implementing ways of working and the engagement models for the client.
*Building positive working relationships with regional ACH and internal teams.
Skills/Experience
*Experience of working in a global finance or technology organisation.
*Ability to develop good working relationships with senior level stakeholders.
*Experience of managing documents / libraries including configuration management / version controls.
*Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook in particular.
