Job Description

IT 2nd Line Support Engineer

I am currently partnering with a National Charity based in Vauxhall, London. They are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer on an initial Six-month contract.

Required:

-Understanding of Active Directory
-Experience in a customer-facing / telephone support role
-Working knowledge of Helpdesk Ticketing Systems
-Understanding of IT Processes and Procedures
-Support role in a busy Windows domain
-Good knowledge of Windows 10 operating system

Desirable:

-Working Knowledge of ITIL / equivalent framework
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Experience in working towards targets
-Familiarity in System Administration of Microsoft Active Directory i.e. security groups, starters/leavers processes, password resets.

Advantage:

-Network troubleshooting experience
-Experience in Mobile Device Management
