Our client, a Pharmaceutical client based in Surrey, has the exciting interim opportunity for a SAP Change Manager to lead change management on key change programmes within EMEA. You will work closely with the central project team to deliver the change using the client's Change Methodology. The successful candidate will be responsible for mobilising, delivering and sustaining the change and must have experience of SAP related change experience.
Through working closely with the business, you will ensure a robust stakeholder analysis is produced. A detailed change impact assessment will need to be carried out to ensure people, process and systems type impacts are captured and embedded. A clear communications and training plan will need to be developed and executed in line with the project plan. You will be responsible for communicating with teams and senior sponsorship from across the business and EMEA.
You will also be responsible for creating and delivering change training. In addition to this, they will need to ensure benefits realisation is captured, communicated and measured. Finally, a key element of the role is to ensure the change is embedded, adopted and sustained.
The successful candidate will be systematic in their approach when delivering the key change activities, but also have good level of understanding of people and the emotional side of change.
Key skills and experience needed:
* SAP related change experience is essential.
* Very strong experience in delivering large scale systems and process change, ideally with Global or Regional experience.
* A good level of expertise in both the systematic side to change as well as the people side.
* Any experience in a highly regulated industry (such as Pharma) is desirable but not essential
