Our Client, a Global Manufacturing Company, is seeking a SAP Administrator to be based in Loughborough on an initial 6 month contract.
Procurement Associate/Super User to start ASAP and support a large transformation project.
The business is deploying SAP and we are seeking applicants with excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and a methodical approach to their workload. Must be able to learn systems (SAP specific) and processes fast with the ability to train and teach others both internally and externally (Suppliers).
*Ability to absorb new processes and systems quickly and share learnings to a varying audience.
*Support the business population with STP (Source-to-Pay) processes and systems, i.e. SAP, ASN (Ariba Supplier Network), SRM.
*Support all UK Sourcing Operations, Indirect & Direct Procurement Teams.
Key Job Responsibilities
*Become an SAP Super User specific to STP processes and systems.
*Teach and guide internal peers on the STP processes prior and post SAP deployment.
*Teach and guide suppliers on the STP processes and available eCommerce solutions to streamline workflows.
*Support Transactional Buyers and Commodity Leads on a daily basis.
*Other general Sourcing administrative duties may be required upon request.
Skills, Knowledge & Key Capabilities
*SAP experience highly desirable, but not essential.
*General procurement systems and process desirable, but not essential.
*Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
*Good interpersonal skills.
*Must be PC literate with ability to compose documents in a variety of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
*A pragmatic approach to work load management.
*A flexible attitude and approach.
*GCSE Level English and Maths are essential.
*Degree Level desirable but not essential
