As part of a large programme of work, my client is rolling out a global instance of Salesforce to underpin our entire quote to cash process for digital products and service offerings globally.
Towards the end of February, they will be launching our new service to a single business unit as we continue to evolve and further develop the solution.
*Production support of a Salesforce ORG, circa 20-30 active users initially supporting a business unit based out of Houston, USA.
*Standard Salesforce administrator duties including but not limited to pro-active monitoring of the solution, responding to user access requests and user management, dashboard reporting and end user training.
*Small functional improvements/enhancements as required alongside management of tickets and service incidents.
*Quality assurance and functional acceptance, as the individual responsible for the overall production service it is required that the candidate is actively involved in the release process for all functional improvements and enhancements.
*Implementation and ownership of health and performance metrics, helping to define and identify what does good look like and how well is our solution helping our internal users excel in their role.
*Demonstrable and strong experience of supporting a production Salesforce solution.
*Previous service management experience for an internal facing application.
*Exceptional communication skills.
*A passionate for Salesforce and great customer service.
