A fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a leading financial organisation based in London.
The Sales Admin Assistant will be a resource undertaking a range of administrative activities to support the International Sales team in their delivery of new business sales, bids, proposals and general client engagement. The role will report into the Sales Director and will support all sales resources.
As the Sales Support administration you will assist the Bid Manager with the following:-
*Produce and collate information to support team Sales Pipeline, Exec and Management Team meeting reports
*Ensure the Sales engagement plans are maintained and updated by pro-actively seeking input from the Sales team
*Ensure the CRM system is updated and accurate with Sales opportunities and contact details to support Pipeline reporting
*Manage deadline / action step management and reminders from various Sales meetings
*Schedule meetings both internal and external, ensuring that the relevant attendees are included. This will include developing relationships with key customer administration assistants.
*Take minutes in meetings and follow up subsequently with the circulation of notes and actions
*Assist with the co-ordination, and administration of sales and sales support meetings, which may include organisation of elements such as logistics, catering, travel and accommodation and conference schedules
*Assist with the production of sales presentations
*Collate, copy & bind of sales proposals and bid documents
*Carry out general support & administration activities across the Sales team including expense claims / bookings as required
*Be able to communicate across the organisation, with representatives from all areas of the business

*The ability to build relationships, and be able to work, under pressure, with different teams
*A high-level of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel ,PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
*Ability to suggest new and improved ways of working, where relevant
