The Sales Manager develops practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. In this role you will utilise your understanding and experience to execute business objectives, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
A Sales Manager is required to run a team of 8 that will chase plant-wide Cyber security opportunities within power generation, oil & gas and industrial markets.
Based in the UK, the role is responsible for business growth across the whole European region and the successful candidate is expected to develop high level customer relationships, understand customer CTQ's and ultimately meet annual orders quota targets and grow market share.
*Provide leadership for sales to assigned customers through the formulation and execution for strategies and plans
*Build customer relationships with the assigned customer for sales
*Support the assigned customer in sales activities and provide assistance to the customer in identifying new opportunities
*Negotiate contracts as required
*Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or Engineering
*Minimum 5 years of experience in Power Generation, Oil & Gas / Energy sector
*Minimum 5 years' experience establishing and executing Cybersecurity related strategies
*Demonstrate knowledge and experience within Cybersecurity, specifically Information
Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) serving critical Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
Desired Characteristics*Possess at least one recognisable professional cyber security certification (SANS, ISC2, etc.)
*Field / Operational experience on Industrial Control System products, markets and applications
