The Brussels Staffing Team is responsible for providing consultative recruitment solutions to both new and existing clients within the BeNeLux area.
Developing new clients and building upon existing relationships across the clients functions are key tasks, whilst developing market knowledge to source technical profiles at all levels is critical.
Team members must develop strong working relationships with the clients and facilitate the opportunity to gain client business intelligence.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successful sales, be very dynamic and quality oriented.
He/She will create and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve pre-determined quarterly/annual targets.
Ambitious, entrepreneur, autonomous and self driven.
Background and skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Interest in IT or Telecom sector
- Interested in Sales
- Very dynamic and targets oriented
- Good command of French and/or Flemish (fluent in at least one of these)
- Good English level
