UK Business Services- Sales Services - Sales Incentives - Analyst
The role sits as part of a team of people providing sales territory and compensation services to the UK and Ireland businesses. The role encompasses:
·Working with the business to understand their objectives for sales incentive plans.
·Understanding compliance rules and ERP system governance to identify compliant solutions which meet business requirements.
·Implementing territory management solutions in our Vistex ERP system (input) and reporting performance to payroll for quarterly payment (output).
·Acting to improve service delivered to the business groups and increase commercial advantage for from sales incentive programs.
Summary of Duties
·Business liaison to identify requirements for sales territory management.
·Qualifying and refining business requirements to ensure adherence system implementation and business best practice
·Reduce risk to Company by identifying opportunities to improve processes and remove complexity from territory rules and sales incentives schemes.
·Implementation of territory management rules in the ERP system (Vistex).
·Implementation of agreed sales targets in Vistex.
·Guiding the business to standard monthly performance reporting for their sales teams.
·Reporting accurate quarterly sales compensation to payroll.
·Becoming a subject matter expert on Sales Incentives, providing insight to the business.
Skills, Experience and Key Capabilities
·Experience of administration of Sales Incentives within Vistex
·A track record of delivering process improvement.
·Demonstrably strong Microsoft excel skills - able to use Pivot Tables, VLook ups etc.
·High attention to detail & quality of work.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Ideally experienced in data analysis.
·Client base focused with experience of service delivery.
·Experience with managing demanding workload, working to deadlines and demonstrating strong prioritisation skills.
·A-level or equivalent preferred but not essential.
·Spoken and written English, fluent
