Job title: Regulatory Affairs Coordinator
Job type: 9-12 month contract + potential extensions
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Salary: £15 - £16 / hour

My client is a research-orientated pharmaceutical company with a truly global presence. We have exciting opportunity to join them on a long term contract basis supporting their European Regulatory Affairs team.

ROLE SUMMARY

*Initial 9-12 month contract within the Regulatory Affairs / Medicine
division
*Reporting into and Supporting the Head of Regulatory Affairs UK/IRE/Malta
as well as other members of the Regulatory Affairs team (Currently a team
of 4)
*Role can be either part time (3 days per week including every Monday) or
full time 5 days per week

KEY DUTIES

*This role requires keeping a wide range of online systems / archives up to
date, especially SAP
*Raising purchase orders, tracking medical licences & document handling
*General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and complying
with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
*Working closely with Clinical Operations and the wider medical teams

CANDIDATE BACKGROUND

*The ideal candidate would have come from a pharmaceutical background
possibly with a technical or regulatory background, however a science
graduate looking for their first role would also be considered
*Looking for a strong administrator / coordinator who will be able to pick
up the role very quickly, with very good attention to detail
*SAP experience would be an advantage however full training will be provided
*Adaptable, flexible and highly-organised individual with excellent
communication skills
