The Regional Training Executive will responsible for flawless interaction and exchange between the Global Training & Local Medical Affairs, Clinical and Sales and also in close collaboration with the clinical training resources for distributing partners. The executive will have to develop and manage ongoing roll-out and standardisation of the clinical training activities for internal and external players on the defined Aesthetic products(Range of Injectables & Medical Devices) across EMEA region. The appointee will provide an inputs on the global clinical training strategies and projects to achieve required clinical excellence in the assigned territory aligned with existing global training strategy.
The regular responsibilities will include
*Collaborate with the Global Training Department to develop and Clinical Training tools and methodologies for the field and deliver clinical training
* Assess and identify training needs internally and externally and help develop appropriate training programs to address knowledge gaps identified by the analysis.
*Act as the primary liaison with the field sales & marketing organisation and the clinical team for the clinical training program
* Support the local team in their efforts to meet the needs of accounts and/or potential customers
*Keep the training force in the EMEA territory up to date in close cooperation with global functions.
*Provide direction related to how clinical training is conducted and scheduled within new accounts
* Manage Field Clinical Specialists in a day to day capacity by setting and measuring goal accomplishment, mentoring and providing direction, and supporting and escalating customer needs for the EMEA region.
*Monitor account-based training requirements to ensure adequate support is provided and installations are being expedited by the team to meet the field needs
*Ensure the team is up-to-date on best clinical practices and monitor developments in the markets with a view to providing innovative world class education plans.
*Participate and lead projects as the leader of the EMEA training team in conjunction with other field management as well as corporate departments
*Partner and collaborate with senior members of the Clinical Training teams to produce additional programs, ideas and clinical information that may be leveraged to advance the use of the product
Experience and Qualification requirements:
*Trained Physician, preferably with extensive clinical Dermatology experience
*Demonstrated Clinical field training or clinical field leadership in medical device and / or pharmaceutical company setting
*Above country Medical Affairs/Clinical research management experience preferred
*Extensive healthcare interaction experience required
*Ability to see through multiple and complex projects & deliver to agreed timelines
*Strong presentation and training delivery capabilities
*Strong understanding of business, clinical research and regulatory requirements within Medical Affairs
*Experience in / knowledge of aesthetics
*Ability to meet requirement for frequent international travel across assigned region (EMEA)
