These exciting opportunities have arisen due to expansions plans here at Volt. I have worked for the company for over 8 years so I can speak from first-hand experience about what it is like to work at Volt.
As a Recruitment Consultant this will be a full 360 role sourcing vacancies and then matching with suitable candidates. You will have the opportunity to work on permanent and contract roles across our diverse client base. Your ultimate goal will be to find the right individual using a consultative approach and help fulfil potential in others. To help you achieve this, you will have access to various resources including access to multiple job boards and our database with thousands of potential candidates.
As a Recruiter you will be assisting the Consultants in sourcing suitable candidates but you will also work on some of our major accounts. Many of these are household names and when you speak to candidates about the roles they will be eager to be put forward. The team has people with 6 months to over 15 years experience and is a great mix of people. There is lots of knowledge in the team so whatever the role you are working on there will be someone who can assist you.
As part of a growing company, there is excellent opportunity for career advancement. To help you develop your career we can provide you with the relevant training as we have our own in-house Employee Development team and we also use external trainers. There is everything you need to be a success, all you need is the passion and experience in recruitment and the commitment to building your business.
You will reap the rewards of your success, with Volt, due to an uncapped commission scheme with no threshold. Based on your individual performance your earnings potential is only limited by your drive and passion to succeed. You will also have the potential to gain an additional quarterly bonus for achieving your target.
There are many other incentives including:
All expenses paid trips (which have included Brazil, Jamaica, Oman and South Africa). The most recent trip to Canada included a helicopter flight over the Niagara Falls.

Up to £250 per year attendance allowance
Various social activities - evenings out, Pilates classes in the office, movie nights etc
The benefits include 25 days holiday (which increases with service)
