Job Description

My Client are looking for an experienced Recruiter who has knowledge of legislation, visa and medical requirements for recruitment in the Middle East.

Duties may include, but are not limited to (emphasis may vary):
1.To act as the main point of contact in response to day to day queries from managers and suppliers and to build and develop relationships.
2.To carry out the end to end recruitment process and administration of contractors as documented in the scope of work.
3. To review and validate new requirements with managers and suppliers
4.To verify, screen and short list supplier submitted CVs and pass qualified CVs to the Hiring Manager with the qualification matrix.
5.To coordinate candidate interviews between suppliers and hiring managers
6.To advise supplier of rejections
7.To negotiate rates with suppliers and managers and to ensure that costs savings are achieved where possible and to advise on market rates as appropriate.
8.To ensure all on boarding documentation (e.g. NDAs, APEXID, medical and visa requirements) are in place
9.To educate and train suppliers, managers and contractors on all system and processes.
10.To monitor and chase time and expense submittal weekly
11.To work with AP Finance Department to resolve invoice queries or issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
12.To monitor spend against Purchase Orders and validate invoices.
13.Monitor contractors leave rotation, spend, hours for forecasting and actuals and provide reports in agreed format to Project Management team
14.Provide ad hoc reports as and when requested by management
15.To attend staff/supplier/client meetings and/or conference calls as and when requested. To host as appropriate.
16.To prepare client presentations and other documentation required for meetings, presentations and forums. To present presentations.
17.To work with all users and the VCG team to update the processes as necessary and to suggest improvements where possible.
18.Work in conjunction with VCG Shared Services Team for satisfaction surveys for Managers and suppliers
19.To provide assistance and guidance to all users of all systems and process including trouble shooting system issues. Responsible for liaising with VMS Help desk through to issue resolution.
20.Plus any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
