The role will involve administering new vacancies for the team. The candidate will be required to communicate with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, verify all data on the recruitment system is up to date and chase up information if necessary, prepare reports and generally ensure all recruitment is carried out in a timely manner with all relevant information recorded accurately on the relevant systems. The candidate will also be responding to general enquiries over the phone and via a shared mailbox as well as answering billing queries (tracking invoices, payments, etc).
We require someone who has previous experience in an HR/Recruitment administration role, who can easily communicate with a wide range of people (internal and external to the company) and who can establish good working relationships with others, is proactive, can think on his/her feet and who takes ownership of the team's workload. Good level of computer literacy is also required (especially Excel and SAP) with the ability to learn/adapt to new software systems for which training will be given.
