Part Time Receptionist Administrator - Redhill
We are looking for someone to come and be the friendly face of our company. Part of your reception responsibilities will be meeting and greeting visitors making their first impression a warm and welcoming one. You will also answer phone calls, dealing with a variety of queries from colleagues, clients and suppliers. An organised approach is needed to ensure there is sufficient stationery and supplies and to arrange lunches and taxis when needed. You will also need MS office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook. A friendly and flexible personality is essential and the ability to provide proactive assistance to our facilities manager would be greatly appreciated. You will need to have previous office experience and effective communication skills. The hours are:
Mon 09.30 to 15.00 (5 hours)
Tue 09.30 to 15.00 (5 hours)
Wed 09.00 to 16.30 (7 hours)
Thu 09.30 to 15.00 (5 hours)
Fri 09.30 to 15.00 (5 hours)
