QA Environment Lead -Oxfordshire -Initial 3-month contract

Job Summary
This is a mid-level position in Quality Assurance responsible for managing Non-Production environments in Technology team. Environments lead reports to QA manager supporting successful delivery of End to End testing across technology team.

Experience and Education
·Good experience in Environments management
·BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required, advanced degree preferred

Key Responsibilities
·Define test environment requirements to support QA strategy
·Identify all systems required for end to end testing and engage the relevant technical teams to build Non Production environments and a route to live environments map
·Manage provision of Non-Production environments and Test data
·Take ownership of all non-production environments in technology team and thus manage code deployments into all non-production environments
·Co-ordination of test data and environment availability to support different business activities and projects
·Manage Non-Production environments bookings
·Manage environments contentions
·Manage stakeholder relationships
·Triage and manage solutions of all Non Production environment issues
·Capacity of planning of Non Production environments
·Develop, measure and report Non Productions environment KPIs

Technical Skills
·Strong stakeholder management experience
·Proven ability to triage non-production environment issues and analyze them
·Proven experience managing 3rd party companies and vendors
·Full understanding of the SDLC
·Understanding of continues integration tools like Jenkins and code management tools
·Experience in managing continuous integration Non Production environments
·Experience in managing complex data solutions environments
·Excellent communication skills
·Self-motivated
