The scope of work is as follows:
Build up a new training certification process for various learner profiles

Company & department description: The Marketing Services team lays out the strategy for these services (consulting, operational services, and training) and supports the delivery teams in the regions to reach their sales targets and margins. It will do so by providing a framework to maximize potential, manage the overall P&L for those business lines and help define and manage the portfolio of services. Training, together with Consulting and Operational Services, is essential to acquire the knowledge and expertise needed to seamlessly run operations on the company's network. Effective training is therefore foundational and company's training has been propagating this essential knowledge to our members for over 30 years. More than 500,000 people have been trained and, during this period, our portfolio has grown to over 100 individual courses and in 2016, the company launched its new experience, *Smart.

*Smart is an innovative eLearning platform that administrates, documents, tracks, reports and delivers a full catalogue of digital courses and social learning.

Responsibilities: The mission includes evolving the current training certification practices to a new methodology, leveraging *Smart and more modern industry practices. The project will encompass several streams: Market study: Based on the agreed objective (reduce risk and increase operator efficiency), ensure the correct audiences are targeted. For each audience, identify the behavior, skills and competencies that should be certified; Conduct surveys and client interviews to evaluate the solution fit.

Test development: Relate each audience's behaviors, skills and competencies with existing or planned learning material at the company: documentation, support, consulting or learning based; In collaboration with content specialists, co-ordinate the creation of a pool of questions relevant to each target audience; For each certification track, build a structured test.

Technical solution: In collaboration with IT, identify if and how each certification track will be proctored; Determine how internal and customer's reports will be delivered; Organize and supervise the delivery of appropriate solutions; Drive the piloting of the solution before global roll out. Delivery process: Clarify the process to organize and manage certifications, directly through *Smart or combined with tailored training; Train and coach delivery consultants in the regional delivery teams on the new process. Go to market: In collaboration with the programme or portfolio manager define the branding to be associated with the new offering: qualification vs certification; Review the associated pricing; Ensure the ordering and billing processes are in place; Define advertising requirements. Link with other certification tracks: In collaboration with the programme or portfolio manager identify possible synergies between the *Smart certification and other certification programmes: SIP, partner certification, etc.; Ensure there is awareness around the programme roll out; Propose solutions to avoid duplication of effort, for example by sharing the question pools.

Qualifications: Experienced process or project manager; Professional experience in Training and Development familiar with either the financial or services/consulting industry. Excellent interpersonal skills (including listening and facilitation skills) and emotional intelligence to deal with a wide range of stakeholders; Self-motivator and driven to deliver quality in a consistent and efficient way; Proven collaboration, coaching/training and change management skills;

Fluent in English.
