Working for an industry provider of field service management software - an estimated $25 billion market worldwide, the company continues to re-imagine and create solutions for the 20 million people globally who install, maintain, and repair machines across dozens of industries as the leading provider of complete end-to-end mobile and cloud-based technology for the sector.

The Professional Services Solution Architect will be responsible for the successful implementation of the product suite. This role may work as part of a project team for larger, complex engagements; or in a primary role on smaller engagements (providing project management support).

Responsibilities include:
*The successful candidate must be able to build strong relationships with customers and must be effective at communicating verbally and in writing. Additionally, he/she must have a passion for helping customers find creative ways to more effectively run their services businesses.
*Leading functional project teams. Provide Field Service "Best Practice" guidance to customers
*Support Sales by identifying up sell opportunities with existing customers
*Consult and assist customer or third-party integrators with data mapping activities, in support of integration, to back office/ERP solutions
*Coordinate and oversee and deliver functional implementation activities for internal and partner consultants, developers, and customer points of contact (POC) on enterprise projects
*Liaise with the Technical Architect for the overall solution
*Liaise with and support of other functional groups - including (but not limited to) training, development, support, product, engineering
*Provide business use cases supporting product QA of new releases and short- and long-term objectives of the product road-map
*Review and provide input to PS training materials and presentations.
*Provide peer reviews of Solution Design and Configuration Documents ensuring fit between with best practices and customer requirements
*Lead or collaborate on internal projects promoting operational efficiency's and organisational effectiveness


*Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related discipline or equivalent.
*Demonstrable evidence of experience working in a technology focused company.
*Substantial consulting experience implementing with one or more Customer.
*Relationship Management Solutions, (such as, SAP, Oracle, Siebel).
*Extensive field service operations, solutions or management background, including experience with customer service management and call centre support.
*Ability to travel.
