Job Description


Core goal of the Procurement Change/Training Manager is to support the Procurement Programme Lead in implementing the scope of services of the Third Party Risk Management Solution (Aravo). The role will own and drive the change and training plan as well as delivery of the associated Change/Training requirements.

You will have experience of rolling out a large scale software implementation (ideally SAAS) and have a good understanding of the problems this may bring. You will be confident in picking up the change management plan and creating the training material. Training is to be given to approx 200-500 employees through different, yet to be decided, mediums. You will have very strong change experience and any experience within the Pharma industry is nice to have

Official spec:

·Experience in Procurement end to end processes
·Transformation and Change experience is required
·Career history demonstrates significant experience in working across functions, acting as a catalyst and driving change
·General working knowledge & competency in Microsoft packages including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project, MS PowerPoint
·Some experience in third party risk management solutions
