Job Description

My client who are a global technology company based in Reading, are looking for a Performance Media Manager with 3 - 5 years performance media experience in either an agency or Client (preferably B2B) .
1)Essential Experience
-Managing digital media campaigns client or agency side inclusive of programmatic, display, social, native ads, SEM and content syndication
-Experience in B2B marketing preferably on a global technology brand
-Complex stakeholder management experience in a global organisation or agency account
2)Technical / Functional Skills
-Expert understanding of Ad technology and digital media including programmatic, display, social, native ads, SEM and content syndication
-Clear understanding of digital media reporting with the ability to deduce insights and educate non-digital stakeholders
-Ability to review, interpret and visually represent data and align it to business objectives
3)Personal Attributes / Interpersonal Skills
-Passionate about digital marketing/media
-Ability to work within and across multiple teams and with a range of stakeholders in order to deliver on shared goals, liaising between technical, creative and business teams.
-Resourcefulness, proactive approach and can-do attitude - must be a self-starter who can identify opportunities and see them through to completion
-Clear and confident communicator that can cope with periods of high pressure whilst retaining a measured and rational approach
-Sharp eye for detail, and a care / passion for their work
-Collaborative and supportive with a team first attitude
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or a similar field
-3-5 years digital marketing experience with paid media planning responsibilities (client or agency)
