Mission title / Description: Payroll Specialist


Mission:

Ensure timely and correct payment of salaries and benefits to all staff, through accurate payroll and benefits administration, complying with legal regulations (including SOX) and company policies, in order to ensure a high quality level of HR service and employee satisfaction.



Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Pay roll related activities

*Ensure timely and correct input of master data (new employees, changes to existing employees and leavers) and calendar data
*Keep personnel files and database up to date
*Implement correctly and timely the change requests
*Participate in assigned payroll and benefits related projects
*Refunding of educational leave + follow up


2. Administration

*Make labour contracts and amendments
*Draw up social attestations and certificates
*Perform termination calculations and exit calculations
*Filing of all payroll related input and output documents (personnel files and other files)


3. Communication

*Be the first point of contact for our external social secretary
*Respond timely and correct to all payroll and benefits related questions from employees
*Escalate exceptions to HR manager and C&B manager for discussion and approval


4. Other

*Have complete knowledge of all company offered benefits
*Keep abreast with social and fiscal legislation
