Job Description

My Client a major technology company based in Reading are looking for an experienced Telesales Rep
Key Responsibilities

Establish Sales Process and Rhythm of Business
Identify local Surface sales ops stakeholders (ex: Local Sales Excellence team, Channel teams, Segment Financial Controllers, BG PMMs, etc.), and their processes & tools
Work with local and time-zone device teams to identify report requirements and establish a rhythm for business reviews
Secure agreement with all sales ops stakeholders on processes, tools, timelines and individual responsibilities to ensure accuracy in sales records for Scorecard and WWIC Compensation
Support Device Rhythm of Business (e.g. Time-Zone Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Updates), Scorecard, Scorecard forecasting
Sales Data Accuracy
Review MS sales data daily and accept requests from product SSPs (Solution Sales Professional) to identify Surface sales entries that require correction
Document issues and research policies for escalation
Engage with DMS team and prepare adjustments for account parenting of sales IDs and correction for wrong or missing end-customer information in MS sales
Engage with Channel teams to correct wrong or missing end-customer info within sales entries
Prepare documentation and adjustment statements to Local segment Sales Excellence teams and financial controllers for corrections that can't be completed in sales at a pre-agreed cadence. Ensure accurate deal alignment/mapping to Channel partners in Sales (e.g. Zyme Interaction)
Manage overall Commercial Surface Scorecard and Seller compensation data and processes including adjustments outside MS Sales
Deal Pipeline Management & Channel Inventory Alignment
Monitor the overall health of pipeline and provide analysis on QPC, Sales Stage Velocity and Distribution
Ensure accuracy of pipeline in MSX, adhering to standard sales operation rules
Establish a regular and timely rhythm to aggregate and input inventory requirements from deal pipelines into Channel and BG forecasting
Support Channel and BG forecasting

Experiences Required: Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge


Strongly deadline and detail oriented, with the ability to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines
Solid experience with data manipulation using Microsoft SQL, PowerBI, Excel, etc…
Ability to deal with ambiguity and a changing business environment
Device sales and channel experience desired

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science or engineering
3-5 years enterprise experience is preferred
