Among your main tasks, you can count:
-Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Business Unit.
-Assist the Business Unit Manager in providing a friendly, professional and reliable service to all of Volt's management and employees in Europe.
-Manage all day-to-day problems within the office, offering fast and efficient solutions while ensuring compliance with local legislation.
-Reception management to ensure a welcoming, professional and efficient front-line contact for all callers and visitors, while providing high levels of support services to all staff.
The ideal candidate should be:
-Ambitious and motivated by his goals to reach
-Eager to succeed in his responsibilities!
-Minimum bachelor level
-Minimum 1 year experience in HR administrative support
-A first experience or knowledge in the Belgian legislation is a strong plus
-Do not be afraid to manipulate data charts (Excell, ...)
-Be comfortable with working with numbers
-Fluency in French and Dutch + Good English (Able to use it in a professional environment)
