Job Description

We are actively looking for a "NETWORK SECURITY ENGINEER - Expert" AND TRILINGUAL (at least good level in Dutch, French and English) for our customer, important actor in the banking sector.

Period = starting beginning of July ideally, for a period of 3 months, with possible extension until the end of the year at least.

(Possibly) On call

Enclosed you will find the generic job description. Please find hereafter some interesting additional information from our consultant :

Infoblox (DNS/DHCP/NTP) is currently his main task, but since his tasks will already be distributed among internal colleagues to prevent loss of knowhow, his replacement will have more opportunities to work with other technologies.
With the very recent new Agile company model within the company, the concept of having one subject matter expert per technology disappears. Access for troubleshooting on other products like for example Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Juniper, Fortinet firewalls will be given but operational management is mainly the responsibility of the firewall Squat that handles daily FW openings.
The same goes for McAfee and Bluecoat proxies which are in the End User Squat. There is also a squat that will handle the branch network (+1200 sites) exclusively.

He was also involved in the FW moves to Bastogne and hardware technology migrations, but these tasks are now in the firewall squat.
In essence you can always volunteer for any tasks concerning the technologies listed beneath, as our consultant believes that in the first coming months there will still be no clear line between the squats.

Technical environment :
DNS (Infoblox)
Tacacs (Cisco ACS)
Juniper (Pulse Secure)
Gigamon
IPS/IDS (Cisco FirePower & FireSight)
RSA (SecurID appliances)
LB F5 (Big IP)
Switches & Routers DC's (Cisco, Nexus)
DDOS (Akamai)
NTP (Microsemi)
Integration with SIEM
McAfee Scanner
