Manage major incidents impacting customers.
Coach operators to detect and solve network incidents.
Improve incident detection and implement process to decrease time to repair.
Implement monitoring of new network infrastructures
Optimise existing monitoring
Find solutions to automate repetitive tasks (eg: automatic alarm enrichment, creation of automatic tickets)
You like to work in a team but you can also work autonomously
You can solve complex problems in a structured way
You have experience with transmission equipment's (SDH, DWDM) and/or with core network (mobile/fixed, voice/data)
You are customer oriented
You can learn quickly
You can translate work operations into understandable and simple procedures
You speak French and Dutch and have a good English level
