Job Description

Key responsibilities:
·Support relationship development with expert leaders, investigators, and speakers;
·Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines for expert engagement and compensation;
·Manage and develop sponsorships with scientific societies (eg ESMO);
·Support the planning and execution of congress symposia;
·Support affiliates in their expert relationship development and medical communication plans;
·Support expert meetings and advisory boards;


·Scientific education (eg, Pharm D, MD or PhD)
·Fully fluent in English, French is not mandatory but would be appreciated.

·10 years' experience in Pharma industry, including 5 years in International teams (either Regional or Global experience) with cross-functional experience with medical, marketing and R&D teams;
·More than 5 years of a robust experience in Oncology/Hematology (eg in lymphoma) is expected;
·Typically, the management of relationships with Cooperative groups and scientific societies; and an effective scientific and collaborative relationship with the thought leaders and HCPs in the therapeutic area.
