Job Description

My Client, a world leader in consumer transaction technologies, are looking for a Marketing Manager to work in their Paddington Office, within the Global Hospitality Marketing Team to drive and implement marketing activities in the EMEA Region.
Duties will include
oCreation, management and execution of marketing campaigns
oCompiling & analysing data, and preparing reports and/or recommendations
oPreparation and management of Sales & Marketing materials and presentations for the Sales Team
oCo-ordination and management of regional RFP's
oCoordinates logistics, creative services and production activity for corporate trade shows and events; Works with internal and external resources to plan and execute show objectives; Responsibilities include managing the trade show calendar and budget, purchasing exhibit space, arranging booth set-up and tear-down, securing exhibitor services, and assisting with event-related marketing and promotion
oCo-ordination and distribution of regional action and task lists

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree or equivalent
experience in a multi-national organisation
Excellent PC skills; Expert knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Good analytical skills
Excellent customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes specific to the business operations (Sales force, travel, expense, Accounts payable, P&L, and purchase orders)
Strong organisational & prioritisation skills
A record of demonstrated performance excellence
Ability to discern confidentiality of information and handle appropriately
