Job Description

Marketing Manager - Midlands - £65,000 to £70,000 depending on experience

Marketing Manager Required to join an innovative Medical Devices company. The role will involve planning, managing and overseeing all marketing activities for the Company with the overall objective of achieving set commercial goals.

Role Criteria:
You will be responsible for the entire life-cycle of their marketing programmes from research through to product launches and exhibition/trade-shows.

*You will have the overall responsibility for marketing strategy including thorough research, evaluation, working with the sales team to learn and identify suitable routes to market and managing product launches
*You will be responsible for the entire life-cycle of their clinical programmes
*Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
*Working with all key stakeholders including Sales, Clinical Study Manager Business Development, QARA, and Senior Leadership to ensure all marketing activities are closely aligned to the company strategy
*Develop and manage a small marketing team through regular meetings and performance appraisals, ensuring all targets are met and recruiting as and when needed

Candidates Criteria:
*Sciences degree or equivalent experience
*Prior experience within medical devices would be an advantage
*Must have proven experience of marketing management/leadership experience (preferably within a medical device company)
*Must be flexible for UK and EU travel
