Marketing Communications Assistant-Bracknell-Initial 12 Month Contract-£13.26ph

Our Client, a Global Manufacturing company, is seeking a Marketing Communications Assistant to be based in Bracknell on an initial 12 month contract.

This is a hybrid role including both personal administration (20%) and Marketing Co-ordination (80%) for the UK-Based Corporate Marketing & Sales Operations Leadership Team.
Marketing Administration
·Raising of purchase orders, and tracking of spend against fixed budgets for multiple departments
·Minute taking and activity tracking in key meetings e.g. WE Brand meeting, DPH team meetings
·Management and organisation of sharepoint sites and access governance
·Development and ownership of mailing lists and communications
Marketing Communications
To manage the Communications Plan for the newly formed West Europe Digital Powerhouse. This will include implementing a formalised communications strategy for multiple stakeholder groups across West Europe utilising varied communications methods including webinars, events, dynamic e-newsletters, email updates, yammer group etc.
To coordinate the roll out of a new internal communications platform
To implement the WE social media content plan for sustainability
Coordinate brand activity with key agencies
Adhoc projects
Personal Administration - Includes arrangement of accommodation, flights, events management for UK-Based West Europeans
Key Skills and Experience
·Organised and structured approach to tasks - good attention to detail
·Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
·A Problem solver with a 'can-do' attitude
·Good networking / interpersonal skills
·Clear communication in English (written and spoken)
·Experienced in Microsoft Office Packages, specifically excel and powerpoint
·A sound understanding of OneDrive / Sharepoint / Outlook
