You will be required to work within a regulatory requirement and you need to process knowledge relating to WI's, SOP's and Manufacturing records. You will need to comply with the GMP rules, and ensure all training is completed and up to date. For this role you will be processing equipment that includes Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and pneumatic controls
You will be:
Creating and delivering standard work with WI's, SOP's & SPL's.
You will maintain and require equipment
Asses breakdowns and stoppages and communicate effectively
Use fault finding tools such as Fishbone, 5 whys & C&E to demonstrate ability to find faults.
Investigate root causes and provide solutions.
Assist in setup and changeover of production process equipment.
Clean and make production equipment sanitised.
To maintain equipment and assets to ensure they are safe, complaint, and in reliable working order and also look ahead to reduce equipment breakdown.
Run critical and reliability assessments
Deliver equipment and process improvements
Identify downtime issues and identify improvements.
Coach and support equipment process.
Provide technical advice
Maintain and complete GMP documentation
Work with Best Engineering Practices, then coach & promote
