Working for an exciting innovative company as an IT Service Manager following ITIL practices.
You will be managing customer's service levels through daily analysis and reporting;
attending monthly customer reviews and interfacing with technical teams
managing incidents and changes; managing the Risk Register and documentation
You will need to be able to prioritise and balance demands from customers against resources available and terms of their contracts.
It is essential that you are ITIL certified with previous experience IT Service Management experience. The role will be initially based in London and will then relocated to Berkshire.
£260 per day is the MAXIMUM pay rate
