Job Description

Are you an experienced 1st Line Support Desktop Analyst with the following skills?

- Understanding of Active Directory
- Experience in a customer-facing / telephone support role
- Working knowledge of Helpdesk Ticketing Systems
- Understanding of IT Processes and Procedures
- Support role in a busy Windows domain
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 operating system


- Working Knowledge of ITIL / equivalent framework
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in working towards targets
- Familiarity in System Administration of Microsoft Active Directory i.e. security groups, starters/leavers processes, password resets.


- Network troubleshooting experience
- Experience in Mobile Device Management
